Your choices for international and domestic Teen Tours and Teen Summer Travel

September 18th, 2007

There are so many exciting places to see in the United States. Traveling to historic, cultural and adventurous locations with your peers is an awesome way to learn about the country. Many of the tours combine camping in privately owned camp grounds in beautiful scenic areas with clean bathrooms, hot private showers and fun recreational facilities such as swimming pools, game rooms and basketball courts. You camp in water repellent cabin tents with several teens and sleep on  self-inflating insulated air mattresses and individual cots. Learning to help plan menus and cook is loads of fun. These camping experiences are spaced out between hotel/ resort and dorm stays. Camping offers students a terrific time for the entire travel group to bond together. The dorm stays are at great universities (UCLA, Michigan, Georgetown,Univ. of Alaska and more) along the way. Everyone has a great time filled with so many memorable experiences. You comfortably travel by deluxe air conditioned, restroom equipped motor coaches between sights and may also have jet flights on major airlines between the longest distances. The U.S. tours travel from Quebec City in Canada to Walt Disney world in Florida to the national parks out west to Calgary, Jasper and Banff in Canada to Catalina Island in California to Hawaii and to Alaska. There are so many exciting places to visit and so many fabulous activities to enjoy. You can whitewater raft, go on alpine slides, ski and snowboard, surf and snorkel, and try adventure ropes courses. Amusement parks, major league baseball games, zoos, universal studios, cruises, circus schools, beach days, and fabulous restaurants and discos are all part of your trip. The leaders of the trips are personally screened teachers, graduate students and college students. Many of the leaders are alumni who return because they want to give teenagers the same great experience that they had as campers.

Learning about foreign countries is what travel to Europe, Australia and New Zealand is all about. Snow ski and snowboard on the Matterhorn. Take a moonlight gondola ride on the Grand Canal in Venice. Visit the Mediterranean beaches on the Italian, French and Spanish Rivieras. Take an evening cruise on the Seine in Paris. Go to theater in London. Stroll across the Ponte Vecchio in Florence. See the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Visit fabulous Pompeii and the incredibly beautiful Amalfi Coast. Learn how the Aborigines live in Australia and so much more. You will have English speaking guides in every city and ground transportation is usually by private motor coach. You can take a tour that stays exclusively at 4 star hotels or you can take tours that stay at a combination of fine hotels, beautiful camp grounds and some of the world’s great Universities like Oxford  Find a local bistro or go flamenco dancing. The choice is yours. You get the opportunity to experience the art, food, people, customs and fashions in countries like England, Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, New Zealand and Australia. Visit such fabulous cities as Florence, Rome, Venice, London, Barcelona, Madrid, Nice, Zermatt, Lucerne, Sydney and more.

Living abroad lets you use your foreign language in daily living as well as in classroom situations. Students can live on college and private school campuses or with a host family.
